Is there a template or sample site that I can review?
Yes, you can visit www.templatemonster.com to view sample templates. If you see something you like, please let us know. We often use templates to reduce the cost and time for our customers. Of course, we can also design your site completely from scratch using custom graphics.

Can I request changes to a Template?
Small changes can often be made without any added expense, but if the request you make is time consuming our $40 an hour maintenance fee will need to apply.

How long will it take to have my site ready?
Once we have received your copy and artwork, it will take about one week to prepare a site outline. After you approve the site outline, we will complete the site within one week. The total time to complete should be no more than two or three weeks. In special cases we can adjust the delivery times to be sooner based on customer needs.

How should I send my copy?
All copy for you site must be sent to us in electronic form. The easiest way to send your copy is to send us an e-mail with a Microsoft Word document or Word Perfect document attachment. You can also cut and past the copy into the body of an e-mail. We do ask that you check spelling and punctuation carefully, since what you send us will appear on your site.

How should I send you photos?
If you have scanned images or pictures from your digital camera, you can e-mail them to us. Images should be saved in JPEG format. You can also send us hard copies of photographs. We will scan your artwork and return your images when the project is complete.

Will I be able to view my site before it goes "live?"
Absolutely. Your site will be fully functional within a protected area where it can be reviewed and tested. Any changes you request will be viewed there as well, until you give us the go ahead and make your site "live."

How much does it cost to make changes to my site?
After the free maintenance period ends, we charge $50 an hour to make changes to your site. E-mail us the changes you would like made and we will usually make the update within one to two business days. Let us know if its an emergency and we can work to make the change immediately. Minor changes that take only a few minutes usually will not be billed. We would rather you have an accurate and up to date site.

Can I update my own site?
Yes, clients with sites hosted on our servers have full FTP access to the website's files. You can use any web page editor to modify your site. If you think your site will need regular updates we'll work with you to find the best solution for your time and budget.

Can you register my domain name?
Yes, we can register your domain name with several registrars.

Can you host my site?
Yes, we can host your site and provide e-mail accounts for your domain. The monthly service charge for Silver and Gold Website Packages is $29.99. Monthly hosting for Platinum and E-Commerce Packages start at $59.99.
